Why your own account?
The first time you order products from Scrapfever, you will be asked to enter your personal details. This data is stored in a database that is protected with your own unique password. The big advantage of this is that the next time you place an order, you do not have to enter this information again. Another advantage is that your order information can only be retrieved for you. You can always view the status of your order and request information about previous orders. You do not have to log in until you actually order.
How do I change my password?
If you wish to change your password, you can change this yourself. After logging in, click on "My account" at the top of the bar. This gives you access to your account details, then click on "Change the password of my account" and change your password.
I have forgotten my password, what should I do?
Do not panic! Via the "password forgotten" link in the login screen you can have a new password mailed to your previously indicated e-mail address. This password is automatically created and you can always change this password again after logging in.
How does the shopping cart work?
The shopping cart is a storage place for products that you add to the shopping cart while shopping. You can always delete products or change the number. You can do this by clicking on the word "Shopping cart" or on the "Shopping cart" arrow in the upper right corner of your screen. You will then receive an overview of all products that are in your shopping cart. You will then be given the option to check it for each product and then remove it and / or change the number. NOTE: If you remove products or change the numbers, you must first click on the Update button or the Delete button before proceeding.
Do I have to log in first?
It is not necessary. If you are not yet a customer and you already have products in your shopping cart, this is remembered by the stores database. If you then log in, these products will be transferred from your "visitors cart" to your "regular customers" cart. The login screen indicates whether your shopping cart already contains products. If you do not settle, the contents of your shopping cart will be kept until your next visit.
The address book
The address book is a very useful option from Scrapfever. You can therefore store up to 5 addresses of friends or acquaintances. You can also specify multiple delivery addresses of yourself. For example, if someone has a birthday, you can have an order delivered to the home address of the birthday party. You can find your address book under your account details via the link "my account". You can always change or delete addresses.
Order data and statuses.
You can request information online about your orders. For that you always have to be logged in. You go to "my account" and then click on "previous orders". All orders that you have made with us until that moment will appear on your screen. Behind each order line you see the status in which the order is at that moment.
The following statuses are possible:
• Pending (your order has been received and will be processed soon)
• In Progress (your order is being processed)
• Sent (your order has been processed and offered for delivery)
