Shipping cost within the Netherlands
Order over € 35,- we ship for free.
For orders under € 35,- the web shop charges € 5.00 handling and shipping costs.
Note: However, if the package just fits through the mailbox, then we will adjust these costs for you afterwards.
The prices for regular lettermail are:
0 - 20 gram - € 1,00
20 - 50 gram - € 1,95
50 - 100 gram - € 3,00
100 - 250 gram - € 3,95
250 - 2 kg - € 5,00 = lettermail box
Outside the Netherlands:
When sending orders to other countries we charge the actual shipping costs.
Rates outside the Netherlands:
Up to 35 euro= 7,95
35 euro to 50 euro = 9,95
50 to 100 euro = 14,95
100 tot 200 euro = 19,95
Orders for which payment is received by 4:00 PM Dutch time are normally sent the same working day. We aim to ship within 2 business days.
We ship all our orders with DHL or PostNL
Depending on the size of the order, we therefore ship with DHL parcel or PostNL letterbox mail
It is possible to pick up your order by appointment in Loosdrecht or at one of the fairs.
Contact us for the exact day / time and we will make sure the package is ready for you.
Products that you have ordered from us may, in accordance with our delivery conditions,
always be returned within 14 days without giving any reason.
If you want to return products, please keep to the following rules:
• Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt;
• Returns must be unused and undamaged and, as far as possible, returned in the original packaging;
• Products must be returned in a sturdy package and at their own expense, sufficiently franked;
• Return to the following address: Scrapfever, Hazelaarlaan 12 1231EH Loosdrecht
• Clearly state your name and the order number when returning the goods;
If you believe that a product does not meet the specifications, please contact us first.
We can then, in consultation with you, determine whether the product indeed does not meet and, in consultation,
replace the articles or possibly decide to return a product at our expense.
